Mr Luan Hua (left, 1st row), Deputy Director General of Liaoning Provincial Bureau of Foreign trade and Economic Cooperation, led a 13-member delegation to visit the CMA on 21 April. The delegation was received by CMA President Dr Eddy Li (right, 1st row), Vice Presidents Dr Edward Tsui (5th from right, 2nd row), Dr Tony Tai (4th from right, 2nd row), and Executive & General Committee members. CMA President Dr Eddy Li (right, 1st row) represented the CMA to sign MOU with Mr Luan Hua (left, 1st row), Deputy Director General of Liaoning Provincial Bureau of Foreign trade and Economic Cooperation.
