The captioned is organized by The Hong Kong Institute of Chartered Secretaries(HKICS) and supported by CMA. This annual signature event of HKICS provides a unique forum for company secretaries, directors, governance professionals and senior management to learn of the latest corporate and regulatory developments directly from regulators. This year’s ACRU will include updates on disclosures and enforcement issues over listed issuers, company centric law and anti-money laundering developments, and provide clues on vexed questions relating to mandatory provident fund reform.
