The captioned is jointly organized by jointly organized by the Intellectual Property Department and the Support and Consultation Centre for SMEs of the Trade and Industry Department, and supported by CMA. After years of efforts in implementing the reform, the Government shall be launching the new patent system by the end of 2019.In this seminar, an official speaker will highlight and explain the key features of the new patent system covering a new direct patent application route and the new examination procedures. In addition, a solicitor with principal practice in the areas of intellectual property and technology, and an entrepreneur in innovation will also share their experience and insights in strategies relating to patent filing, management and commercialization.
