The Association, in collaboration with the Hong Kong General Chamber of Commerce, the Chinese General Chamber of Commerce, the Federation of Hong Kong Industries, the Hong Kong Chinese Enterprises Association and the major overseas chambers of commerce in Hong Kong, organised a webinar in honour of the Honourable Paul MP Chan, Financial Secretary of the HKSAR Government on 26 March 2020, at which Mr Chan delivered a speech to elaborate on the 2020-2021 Financial Budget and answered questions from the business communities.
