Located at Connaught Road Central, the most premier district in Central, CMA Building embraces a comprehensive transport network. It is a short stroll from Central and Sheung Wan MTR station. The 1,960 square feet of conference hall on the 27th floor is an ideal venue for holding meetings, seminars, trainings, press conferences and workshops.
Rental Fees
Our Conference Hall is now available for rent. Fees vary depending on the time slot; CMA Associate Members can enjoy 15% discount on rental.

Terms of Hire
- Bookings will be accepted by the CMA subject to venue availability and hire purpose.
- The hall shall only be used for the purpose as stated in the application form.
- Bookings are only confirmed upon receipt of the payment, which is non-refundable, and on a first-pay-first-served basis.
- Users of the venue should abide by such rules as deemed appropriate at the advice of the responsible officers of the CMA during the hire period. The CMA accepts no responsibilities for the activities of the hirers using the hall.
- Hirers shall be responsible for any and all damages to the hall or equipment caused by acts of Hirers or Hirers’ guests, agents and employees during the hire period. All costs in relation to repair or replacement will be completely borne by the Hirers.
