Established in March 2006, CMA Secretarial Services Limited is a wholly-owned subsidiary of the CMA. It aims at helping local and Mainland enterprises start up and run businesses in Hong Kong by providing one-stop professional services, including business registration, company (statutory) secretarial, registered address and mailing, virtual office, bank account opening, accounting, and auditing services.

Its experienced company secretary fully understands the needs of small and medium-sized enterprises operating in Hong Kong and in the Mainland, who look for services which are not only quality, hassle-free and reliable, but also reasonably priced.  

The CMA member can get special discounts on using these services. In-person customer services and mail collection services are available at branches in Central, Mongkok and Kwun Tong.
