Organized by CMA and the Selective Placement Division of the Labour Department, the seminar was held in Royal Plaza Hotel, Mongkok on 17 Nov. Assistant Commissioner (Employment Services) of the Labour Department Ms Wong Sin-yee (2nd from the right) and CMA President Dr Allen (2nd from the left) attended as the officiating guests and delivered speeches.
