It actively engages the business community in supporting national policies, promoting the sustainable development of Hong Kong industry, and contributing to the prosperity and stability of both the nation and Hong Kong.”
He further emphasised that, amidst the complex landscape of opportunities and challenges, the CMA will continue to uphold its mission, staying abreast with the times, leading the industry towards technological advancement, green development and enhanced branding, as well as facilitating the transformation of Hong Kong’s supply side.
He also shared the CMA’s future work and new plans, which include offering progressive services such as technological commercialisation, pilot manufacturing services, brand promotion, ESG advisory and exhibition services. Notably, the CMA plans to host an international exposition on new energy vehicles and supply chains next year, showcasing the nation’s remarkable achievements in technological self-reliance. Additionally, the CMA will support Mainland products in entering global markets by leveraging Hong Kong’s world-class testing and certification services.
