Ms Zhao Bingbing, Deputy Director General of Liaoning Foreign Affairs Office and Liaoning Provincial Office of Overseas Chinese Affairs, led a 8-member delegation to visit the CMA on 1 April. The delegation was chaired by CMA Vice President, Dr Tony Tai.
