Mr Tang Libin, Deputy Secretary cum Deputy Secretary of the Leading Party Group of Hunan Provincial Committee of the Communist Youth League, led a 3-member delegation to visit the Association on 6 September and was received by CMA Vice President Mr Marvin Hsu.
