CMA Delegation to “Conference on Overseas Chinese Pioneering and Developing in China”

CMA Vice President Mr Ng Ching Wun led a 6-members delegation to Wuhan, Hubei from 19 to 21 June to attend “Conference on Overseas Chinese Pioneering and Developing in China”. During the trip, the delegation attended Welcome Dinner of “Conference on Overseas Chinese Pioneering and Developing in China”and met with Mr Li Hongzhong, Secretary of Hubei Provincial CCPC, Mr Wang Guosheng, Governor of The People’s Government of Hubei Province and Mr Tang Liangzhi, Mayor of Wuhan Municipal People’s Government.
On 20 June, the delegation attended the Opening Ceremony of “Conference on Overseas Chinese Pioneering and Developing in China”. Senior Mainland Government Officials including Ms Qiu Yuanping, Director of the Overseas Chinese Affairs Office of the State Council, Mr Chen Xiaoguang, Vice-Chairperson of CPPCC National Committee, Mr Li Hongzhong, Secretary of Hubei Provincial CCPC, Mr Wang Guosheng, Governor of The People’s Government of Hubei Province also attended this ceremony. After that, the delegation attended the lunch reception hosted by Mr Shao Weimin, Vice Mayor of Wuhan Municipal People’s Government.
This trip ended on 21 June. Deputy Leader of the delegation was CMA Executive Member Mr Wong Chun, Other delegates included members Mr Huang Shan, Mr Danny T Wong, Mr Wan Jun and staff from CMA Secretariat.
