| Summary : The captioned is organised by Hong Kong Design Centre (HKDC) and supported by CMA. This year the forum will be conducted online with two half-day events. Themed “Managing VUCA with Design Thinking”, this e-forum will look into how human-centred innovation could help organisations develop the agility, resilience and the creative prowess to tackle the ‘new normal’ brought about by the pandemic.
