| Summary : The captioned is organised by Community Investment and Inclusion Fund(CIIF) of the Labour and Welfare Bureau, and supported by CMA. To accord recognition to individuals and corporates/organisations that have contributed to the development of social capital in Hong Kong, the Community Investment and Inclusion Fund (CIIF) of the Labour and Welfare Bureau has organised the biennial SCB Awards since 2012.
