| Summary : HKDC Unleash! Train-The-Practitioner and Train-The-Facilitator Design Thinking Programme is organised by The Hong Kong Design Centre (HKDC) and supported by CMA. Train-the-Practitioner Programme (Oct to Nov) enables participants to practise online collaboration and provides foundation knowledge and skills in Design Thinking. It covers practical applications on how to leverage Design Thinking in teams, process, products, services, organisations and people, from the practitioners’ perspectives. Through a simulated project and interwoven with case studies, participants can learn how to tackle interdisciplinary and important problems in the real world. Join the Train-the-Facilitator Programme (Nov to Dec) to learn how to build the organisation readiness for design thinking and facilitate the process effectively with different stakeholders. During the workshop, participants will be assigned into groups and committed to putting into practice the course learning. Participants will receive feedback and coaching at the group check-in and there will also be facilitation opportunities for the Design Thinking Community.
