ACRU 2023 is an annual signature event which offers a unique platform for governance professionals, directors, senior management, and other key stakeholders to hear directly from regulators. ACRU this year will continue to be a professionally produced hybrid event. The goal of ACRU 2023 is to promote “better governance better future” through a comprehensive year-in-review of significant regulatory themes and enforcement trends. Changes to the corporate regulatory landscape have been significant in the past year. Six key regulators will speak on latest developments in core company and securities law, listing rules and other corporate regulations, as well as financial reporting and tax reforms to promote family offices in Hong Kong.
