Organized by Employees Retraining Board (ERB), the Scheme recognises organisations which demonstrate outstanding achievements in manpower training and development as Manpower Developers (MDs). Around 500 organisations from over 30 industries have been accredited as MDs under the Scheme. The Scheme is now open for application and the closing date is 29 September 2023. The application is free of charge. The ERB will conduct two briefing sessions to introduce the application and assessment details, interested organisations could fill in the online enrolment form: https://form.erb.org/machform/view.php?id=914204.
