As part of its citywide educational campaign on “Resale Price Maintenance” (RPM), the Commission is organising two webinars on 27 July and 25 August respectively to enhance public and businesses’ understanding of the topic and to provide guidance on how to avoid engaging in harmful RPM arrangements.
