Summary:
 
The HKIoD Honour of Excellence consists of two series of awards: (1) Directors of the Year Awards and (2) the newly launched Climate Governance Awards this year, both organised by The Hong Kong Institute of Directors (HKIoD). These awards aim:  

Directors of the Year Awards:

• To recognise outstanding boards and directors.
• To promote good practices in corporate governance.

Climate Governance Awards:

• To recognise and inspire exemplary achievements in climate governance.
• To advocate climate action by directors.

 
The Briefing Session will take place to introduce and elaborate on the objectives, schedules, judging criteria and nomination procedures.
